Shipping
We ship Australia wide, from our distribution warehouse in Adelaide.
Orders will be shipped with the most economical courier, of our choice. In most cases we will use APD or other reputable freight Companies.
Most orders are shipped (leave our warehouse’s) the next day. Please allow 3-7 Days for your delivery. In most cases your goods will arrive much sooner.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage to be paid by customer. A 15% surcharge will be charged for handling fees.
We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (or if you have received an incorrect or defective item). Handling fee will be covered by Australian Transport Supplies.
